Boil the chicken breasts until fully cooked. Pull the chicken.
Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, and seasoning pouches in medium mixing bowl. Add chicken, cover, and marinade in the refrigerator for one hour.
Place raw Ramen noodles in a plastic bag and crush until the noodles are about ? inch.
Over a bed of lettuce layer marinated chicken, crushed Ramen noodles, scallions, sun flour seeds, and dill.
Serve and enjoy.
