1-2 baking racks that fit nicely inside the jelly roll pan. Optional
Organic Bacon with no nitrates etc.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line your jelly roll pan with foil for easy clean up. Place your rack in the jelly roll pan and lay bacon out on the rack (If available). Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, Then remove from the oven and pour off bacon grease. Return to oven for another 10 minutes. .
