Suggest a better descriptionWash chicken pieces, set aside. Finely crush croutons. Mix flour and crushed croutons in a shallow dish. Beat eggs in another shallow dish. Add milk and blend. Dip each piece of chicken in egg mixture then roll in crouton mixture. Place each pieces in a 13 x 9 in baking dish completely sprayed with cooking spray. Once all chicken is dipped and placed in baking dish, spray tops with cooking spray to moisten and set coating. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
This recipe, as listed, will require 2 or 3 large baking dishes to prepare.
