A good dish for a shower or luncheon. Pairs well with a green salad with strawberries and poppy seed dressing. My kids also like it. Reheats well.
1. Heat oven to 400. Spray a 2 to 2 1/2 quart oval baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients EXCEPT 1 cup of bread cubes and 1/2 cup of the cheese. Spoon mixture into the prepared dish and top with remaining bread and cheese.
3. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes, until bubbly. Serve warm or at room temperature.
