Very sweet and slightly crunchy.
Heat oven to 425. Spray sides and bottom of jelly roll pan. Wash and peel potatoes, if desired, and slice into 3/4 inch slices, then place in single layer in pan. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and microwave 20-30 second until hot. Stir mixture and brush over potato slices. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes until tender.
