Suggest a better descriptionMix the flax seed meal and water together in a small bowl and set aside
In a medium bowl combine vanilla, egg, coconut oil, almond butter and honey.
Add the flax seed meal mixture.
In a large bowl combine almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, baking soda and protein powder.
Add the medium bowl of wet ingredients to the large bowl and mix well to combine.
Spread mixture into a pan (9×13 suggested) smooth and push down.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool on counter then transfer to refrigerator to cool for at least an hour then cut and enjoy the perfect Paleo Protein Bar.
