Beat the eggs with the salt, the sugar and 1 tablespoon oil.
Add the water and the flour and stir until the mixture is homogenized.
Heat a Teflon pan with a few oil droplets and drop a ladle from the pancake mixture.
The ready pancakes turn have to be turned on the other side in a plate over one another.
They can be served with sweet or salty stuffing.
