Paneer with Tomatoes
1. Put oil in a large frying/sautéing pan over medium-high heat.
2. When the oil is hot, throw in the garlic and sautee for a few seconds.
3. Put in the onions and stir fry until light brown at the edges (5-7 minutes).
4. Put in the green peppers and saute for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, turmeric, cayenne and salt.
6. Cook over medium heat until slightly reduced - about 7-10 minutes.
7. Add the paneer cubes and stir gently.
8. Cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
9. Stir in the black pepper (to taste) and add cilantro.
