Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 160deg. Line a 20cm x 30cm cake pan with baking paper.
2. Combine figs, ginger, peel, nuts, flour, cocoa and spices in a large bowl.
3. Place honey and sugar in a pan over low heat and bring to simmer. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Pour over fruit mixture with brandy and stir to combine.
4. Spread into pan, bake 1hr. Cool completely in pan, then turn out, dust with cocoa and cut into slices to serve.
