A friend at work found this recipe somewhere on the the internet. She brought some in for her lunch and it looked and smelled so delish I had to get the recipe.
Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease a shallow baking dish.
Arrange flounder fillets on prepared baking dish and brush with 1 tablespoon of the melted butter. In a bowl, combine the remaining 3 tablespoons of the butter with the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and thyme. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the top of the flounder.
Bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork (approximately 15 minutes). Transfer the fillets to a serving dish with a spatula.
