Cheese puffs
1. Set oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mix all dry polvilho azedo and salt.
3. Add milk, butter and cheese.
4. Mix with a spoon.
5. Add eggs and mix with hands until well incorporated.
6. Let rest for 10 minutes.
7. Make balls with oiled hands and set them on an oven tray.
8. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
9. Let cool for a few minutes and serve.
