Very tasty with pinto beans
Saute green onion in butter until soft, set aside. Sift flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and pepper. Stir in cornmeal. Add eggs, corn green onion, cheese, cottage cheese and oi. Beat until just mixed. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 375? for 30-40 min. Should be lightly brown on top.
