variation of regular scalloped
in sauce pan pour cream add garlic, thyme, nutmeg got hot do not boil
butter a 8X13 glass casserole dish put in a layer of potatoes salt and pepper them
sprinkle a layer of cheese spoon some of the cream mixture over them
repeat the same steps until you have used all of the potatoes and cream sprinkle the
top with some of the cheese
bake @ 375 until golden 45 minutes or so
