2. Line a large baking pan with foil.
3. Place broccoli in baking pan and drizzle with oil. Season with pepper to taste.
4. Roast 10-15 minutes or until tender adn slightly browned
5. Meanwhile, coat a small nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat.
6. Add garlic; cook 2-3 minutes or until lightly toasted.
7. Remove skillet from heat adn stir in lemon zest. Set aside.
8. Transfer broccoli to a serving platter. Top with panko mixture, sprinkel with Parmesan and serve
