Good winter dish
In a covered 5-6 quart pan over a high heat, bring broth, wine & pasta to a boil, then simmer until pasta is tender - 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in an 8 to 10 inch frying pan over medium high heat, stir in prosciutto with butter until crisp - 5 minutes. Dran on paper towels.
Stir peas & basil into soup & heat until peas are hot - 1 to 2 minutes
Ladle into bowls & add prosciutto. Sprinkle with cheese to taste.
