Suggest a better descriptionGently fry the garlic and anchovies in lots of butter and olive oil (they should be swimming in it!) for around 10 minutes.
Add in the spring onions and cook for a minute then the sardines, parsley, chives, and half the lemon cut into small bits (rind included). Also add the cooked pasta and the other half of the lemon juiced and stir it all about.
Serve with some parmesan.
