Pasta with spinach, tuna and pine nuts
Cut the garlic, and cook it with the spinach in a wok. Not too long, just that it gets cooked softly. Cook the pasta as required. Roast the pine nuts. Serve the pasta on top of the spinach, add tuna (first drain the oil or liquid), add the pine nuts and grated cheese. Before serving add a nice amount of black pepper.
