In large skillet brown: meat, onion, garlic. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, wine, parsley, oregano, salt & cinnamon. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in one egg; set aside.
Sauce: Melt cream cheese, butter, heavy cream together. Add pepper & 1/4 cup Parmesan. Remove from heat - add 2 eggs. layer pasta, meat, then sauce. Sprinkle top with additional cinnamon and cheese.
Bake: 30- 35 min at 350
