Garden Style Tilapia
Mix 1/2 cup Melted Butter, Bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, diced onions and chopped spinach together.
Press Spinach mixture in bottom of 2" pan. Lay Tilapia Fillets on top of spinach mixture and Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle Fillets with Paprika. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Top each Fillet with tomato slices.
