1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray that has flour added.
2. In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, water and oil until combined.
3. Fill mini muffin wells about 2/3 of the way full.
4. Bake brownie bites until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Approximately 15 minutes in a metal pan.
5. When the brownie bites come out of the oven, press a peanut butter cup into the center of each one. Press down until the top of the peanut butter cup is level with the top of the brownie bite.
6. Allow brownie bites to cool before removing from the pan.
7. I add a small decorative ribbon of frosting to each brownie.
