Crispy peanut better chocolate balls
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
In a sauce pan melt the butter. Add the peanut butter and vanilla and melt over low heat.
In a large bowl, add the sugar and rice cereal and pour over the peanut butter mixture.
Form into little balls, the size of a tsp. Wet hands to keep from sticking. Place on to prepared baking sheet and place in refrigerator to set for a couple hours.
Melt chocolate and shortening in a bowl in the microwave.
Dip balls in chocolate using two forks and place back in the fridge til set.
