1/ butter in pan
2/ add chopped spring onions
3/ add white wine and deglaze
4/ cut salmon in cubes (if needed remove skin)
5/ add tomato paste
6/ add creme fraiche
7/ let it reduce (2-3 mins)
8/ add the salmon
9/ when the pasta is cooked, drain and keep some of the cooking water
10/ add the pasta to the sauce
11/ add a couple of laddle of pasta cooking water and mix
12/ plate, add salt and pepper in the plate, a couple of spring onion and if you want a few cubes of raw salmon
