Suggest a better descriptionMake Andalusian Sauce from Italian Classic Cookbook with chicken stock and three times the garlic. Saute chicken breasts with red pepper flakes and white pepper; remove to plate. Saute pepper strips; remove to plate. Cook penne al dente; drain. Saute one half of the peppers with 1 tbl whole mixed peppercorns in 2 tbl butter (5 min). Saute half of the peppers with 3 cloves minced garlic (5min). Add ham; saute 1 min. Add chicken, sauce and 8 oz. Parmesan. Mix with penne.
