Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for about 8 hours then turn to high for two more hours. Remove beef from crock and shred. Dice leftover peppercini's. Eat on hoagie buns with sliced provolone cheese and diced peppercini's if desired.
Brand name peppercini's are suggested only because they tend to have a little more "kick". My brother uses the leftover liquid to make a spicy gravy for mashed potatoes using cornstarch. Great idea!!
