Muffin Pepperoni Snacks
In bowl, combine all ingredients except biscuits.
Stir to mix.
Cut each biscuit in half and place halves into greased miniature muffin cups.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of filling into each cup.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Can use 2 TB of prepared pesto in lieu of oil through parmesan
