preheat oven to 350 and put foil over an and spray with cooking spray
Put flour on counter, put dough down and put more flour on dough
Roll out until it's as big as you can get it without holes
Use entire package of pepperoni, cover the entire surface of dough, leaving 1 inch of dough empty at the edges
Spread cheese over pepperoni, using entire package
Roll the dough and stop before you get to the top, leaving about 4 inches
Wet the top part with water and fold up the last 4 inches, wetting and squirming until it sticks together, repeat with the sides
Flip roll onto pan so the crease is on the bottom and cook in oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown
Take out and let cool for at least 1/2 an hour before cutting up and serving ( if you don't wait, the bread will break apart)
