Suggest a better descriptionRinse pork chops and pat dry with paper towels. Salt and pepper both sides of the port chops.
In a small bowl, combine flour and steak seasoning. Dip each side of the pork chops in the flour mixture, then set aside on a plate.
In a heavy skillet, heat oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add butter. When butt is melted and oil mixture is hot, cook chops 2 - 3 minutes on the first side. Flip and cook 1 - 2 minutes on the other side. Remove to a plate and repeat with remaining pork chops. A meat thermometer should read 145 degree when chop are done
