If you have wondered how do I make fried rice at home? Have you ever thought that you could make it just like the fried rice in an Asian restaurant? Well now hear a amazing recipe that i actually came up on my own. Don't be shy to try to make fried rice cuz it's time to get cooking!
Also if you want you can increase the amount of ingredients including the measure of them. I mean cooking tastes better when you put a little of your imagination into it.
First, take your eggs and crack them in a bowl. Take a normal saucepan and a little bit of oil and get the oil hot. add a pinch of salt and then take a fork and beat the eggs and when its all liquid put it on the saucepan let it cook. Dont burn the egg. After its finished, set it aside for now in the same bowl you used to beat the eggs. Take the pot and add the 1/4 oil inside it. Let it get hot at medium high temp on the stove. Right after add the white cooked rice. Mix it around for 1 minute. after that add the the veggie stir fry sauce. make sure its enough for all the rice stir it around for 2 minutes. Add the vegetables all in. Now you should make sure that the vegetables are being stirred around if they are frozen make sure theres no ice on the vegetables at this point turn the heat to low not off but low. Stir constantly so it doesnt burn. take some time and cut the egg into 10 pieces and drop it all in the pot. now add all the sauces and the salt and pepper and the butter one at a time in the pot and stir for 10 min.Now we are almost done. add the lemon or lime by squeezing the juice in . stir for another 5 min and if you want to add anything then be my guest go right a head. turn the stove off. Start stirring in the cilliantro. Now just take some of the rice put it in a bowl and there you go. I hope you enjoy! I didnt tell how many minutes to stir for cuz im not how long it would take for other people on average it should be around 40 min.
You can also add meat inside or shrimp things like that.
