Suggest a better description1. Grate the onion. Squeeze it very hard and dispose all the juice. (The juice will make the patties fall apart)
2. Peel the potato skin and grate it and mix it with the onion and beef, using your hand.
3. Add the egg, olive oil, flour and spices, using your hand, mix everything until well combined. The mixture is going to be very sticky.
4. Heat oil in a pan.
5. Take 1 1/2 tbsp of the patty mixture, form into a thin oval shape and fry it in the oil, 2-3 minutes on each side until dark brown.
6. Once cooked place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
