You can use any firm fish for this recipe which is low cal and low fat good served with new potatoes and French beans
Heat oven to 200c/180c fan/gas 6
Mix pesto lemon zest and olives together then mix in the breadcrumbs.
Season fish and spread the mixture over each fillet and pat down.
Bake in the pre heated oven for 10-12 mins till cooked through and golden on top.
Serve and enjoy.
