Pesto
1. In bowl, mix fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and place in food processor
2. Add oil and process until desired consistency
Chicken
1. Apply thin layer of pesto to one side of each chicken breast. Tightly roll into a cylinder and fasten closed with small skewers
2. Put in pot and press Saute
3. Add oil and butter
4. Cook chicken rolls for 1-2 minutes per side until browned
4. Add in wine and cook until wine evaporates, 3-4 minutes
5. Add stock and salt.
6. Top chicken with green beans
7. Seal lid and press Meat/Stew. Cook at High Pressure for 5 minutes
8. Release pressure quickly
