Mix first 3 ingredients & mix well.
ADD next 3 until moist & crumbly & holds together when pinched. ADD more egg if it seems too dry.
Coat 9" pie an w/ non-stick spary. Use the back of a spoon to spread the ixture into a layer over bottom & sides of the pan. Use fingers to finish pressing crust into place.
Place hand inside small plastic bag or lay a piece of waxed paper over crust as you press to prevent sticking.
BAKE at 350* for 6 mins. til edges feel dry. Let Cool before filling.
