1 crust (double for 2 crusted pie)
Combine flour and salt in medium bowl.
Blend oil and milk in separate small bowl.
Add oil mixture to flour mixture. Stir with a fork until the mixture forms a ball. Do not over mix or crust will be tough.
Press or roll into 10" circle.
Roll crust back to rolling pin to transport to pie plate. Unroll and fill with desired filling.
Repeat process for top crust and crimp edges as desired.
