Suggest a better descriptionBeat the eggs well, then add sugar and continue to beat until the mixture is pale and thick; approximately seven to 10 minutes. Stir in the flour and pine nuts, and then add the butter or cream. On a floured board, spread out the dough by hand to avoid crushing the pine nuts, and cut it into rounds with a glass. Place the rounds on buttered or oiled baking sheets and bake them in a preheated 400 deg. F oven for 30 minutes, or until delicately browned.
