Suggest a better descriptionDrain pineapple, reserve the juice. Heat reserved juice plus canned pineapple juice to boiling. Add geletin, stir atleast 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Chill until mixture thickens slightly. Fold in pineapple, cherries and pecans. Spoon into 12-14 foil lined muffin cups, lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Chill until form. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
