Non tomato based salsa, great as a topping
Combine peppers and lime in food process and pulse until mostly uniformly diced. Combine rest of ingredients and pulse to mix and achieve desired consistency. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes to allow juices to mix, stir and server. Can be stored for several days and makes a great topping for fish, chicken, tacos and other items.
