This is pink salad. It's a main course, it's a dessert. It's awesome
1) Heat pineapple, sugar, and lemon juice in saucepan over medium heat. Stir often, as it burns easily.
2) When hot, add the gelatin/water mixture. Let cool
3) In separate bowl, cut cherries in half and add, with juice, to cream cheese. Blend mixture with a fork.
4) Mix in the pineapple mixture.
5) Fold in whipped cream
6) Cover, and put in fridge to set.
You will need a fairly large bowl. It will set as a smooth mixture. I usually mix/mash it up before serving it so that it doen't look too tidy
