Pistachio Pudding with Ritz cracker crust
Mix together Ritz cracker crumbs and melted butter and pat in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Also can use cupcake papers for individual treats.
Mix together 2 cups milk and 2 packages pistachio pudding and beat for 2 minutes at slow speed. Take 1 quart of vanilla ice cream or ice milk and beat it into the pudding mixture. Pour into pan with crust. Put in freezer until mixture has hardened.
Prepare 1 package Dream Whip or thaw Cool Whip. Spread over mixture. Top with shredded Hershey chocolate bar. Can keep in refrigerator or freezer. If frozen, thaw for 20 min or so before serving.
