Suggest a better descriptionMix flour, chopped nuts and margarine until crumbly. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip. Spread over crumb mixture in baking dish. Mix pudding according to box instructions and spread over the cream cheese layer. Spread remaining cool whip over the top and sprinkle with nuts.
Refrigerate.
