Suggest a better descriptionMix water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let sit 15 min. In a bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup oil, salt and yeast mixture, mix until incorporated. Knead dough until smooth and elastic. Coat bowl with oil. Return dough to bowl, let rest in a warm place until doubled. *Coat a baking sheet with remaining oil. Turn out dough onto baking sheet, press out all the way to edges. Poke holes in dough. Sprinkle with sea salt, let rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Bake dough until golden 40 min. SERVE with ricotta and pesto & ENJOY
