Cut block of mozzarella cheese into bite sized cubes.
Break off chunk of dough and smooth into circle about 3 inches in diameter.
Layer one pepperoni, a cube of cheese and then another pepperoni on top of dough.
Fold dough completely over forming into a ball; Place in glass pan.
Melt butter and add garlic salt; Brush evenly over dough balls.
Bake at 425 for 18-20 minutes.
