To begin this recipe you will need a pizza tray and a blender. Before you start, get the oven on at 180 C / 360 F.
Place your Pita bread on the pizza tray and evenly cover with tomato paste. Then layer up your favourite pizza ingredients. I have shown a basic recipe based on what I had in the fridge. You can do the same. Left over dips, chutneys and spreads can add a great flavour so take a chance!
When you have finished layering, finish the pizza off with a generous splashing of cheesy sauce before placing in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
Cheesy Sauce
Add all the dry ingredients to your blender before the hot water. Start with a 1/4 cup of water and only add more if you like a runnier sauce. The less water you use the thicker the " melted cheese" will be.
If you are using a blender with a removable lid remember to vent it a little or you will likely end up with a sauce covered kitchen!
Blend the sauce until nice and smooth and make sure to scrape off any stubborn bits of tapioca stuck to the sides of the blender.
