Suggest a better descriptionDissolve the yeast in warm water, and then add the oil, honey, and salt in that order. Do not stir. Place this mixture on the stove top or a lightly heated place. Let it set on that heated location for five to ten minutes until the mixture is bubbling.
Meanwhile place 2 1/4 cups flour in a warm bowl, and spread the remaining 1/4 cup flour on a counter top surface. Knead for a short while and then press into a round pizza shape.
Sprinkle the wooden pizza board with cornmeal and the stone with cornmeal. Create the final shape and layer the sauces, cheese,and toppings. Then slide it onto the stone and bake it at 450* for 10 minutes.
