Suggest a better descriptionIn a quart container combine sugar, yeast and water, stir to combine and let sit for a couple of minutes. in a stand mixer with dough hook attachment mix the flour and salt and low speed, add in water sugar and yeast mixture and mix on low until dough starts to come together. turn up to next speed and if more water is needed add a tbsp. at a time until dough comes away from the bowl and is mixing properly. mix for 10 minutes. place dough into an oiled mixing bowl, cover and let stand until doubled. portion into 5.5oz balls and let rest again until doubled. grille
