Bread Machine Pizza Dough
Place all ingredients into bread machine except extra 2 Tablespoons of water and run on dough cycle.
Watch to see if extra water or flour is needed.
Grease a large bowl.
Turn dough into bowl, roll to cover with oil.
Preheat oven to 450
Let dough rest for 5 minutes to 1/2 hour. The longer it rests the thicker the crust.
Grease pizza pan.
Knead dough lightly.
Shape into circle.
For crisp crust bake for 5 minutes before adding toppings and baking again.
For regular dough add toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes until dough is done and cheese is melted.
