Suggest a better description1. Combine 125 g of flour, instant yeast (1 packet), sugar (6 g), salt (4 grams), minced garlic (about 2 tsp), and Italian seasoning (about 2 tsp) in a large bowl.
2. Add olive oil (2 Tbsp) and warm water (3/4 cup) and mix very well.
3. Slowly mix in additional flour (125 g), stirring until the dough forms a cohesive, elastic ball and is beginning to pull away from the sides of the bowl. The dough will be slightly sticky but should still be manageable with your hands.
4. Drizzle a separate, large, clean bowl generously with olive oil and coat the inside of the bowl fully.
5. Lightly dust your hands with flour and form the pizza bowl into a round ball. Transfer the dough to the olive oil coated bowl. Roll the pizza dough around in the bowl until the dough is completely covered in oil. Cover the bowl tightly in plastic wrap and place in a warm spot for 30 minutes, or until the dough doubles in size.
6. Preheat oven to 425*F
7. Once the dough has risen, use your hands to deflate the dough and transfer it to a lightly floured surface. Knead dough briefly until smooth (about 3-5 times). Work the dough into desired size and shape.
8. Transfer dough to a parchment paper lined pizza pan or cookie sheet and reshape as needed.
9. Lightly cover the surface of the dough in a thin layer of olive oil and add any toppings and sauce wanted.
10. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until cooked through.
