Spray a large bowl with nonstick spray set aside
number 2: whisk together yeast, water, olive oil, and salt in another large bowl until combined. Let’s sit for about five minutes

number 4: add small amounts of the leftover flour gradually you may use half or all until dough forms a bowl
Number 5: sprinkle flour onto a large board or countertop and dump out. knead for five minutes, adding a bit of the remaining flour each time it starts to feel sticky. Until you wanna end up with a small, smooth elastic mound of dough
number 6: shap the dough into a large bowl, placed in a greased bowl and turn the do to coat it with oil cover with a damp cloth and let rest for one hour
Number 7 preheat oven to 450° for 10 minutes , divide the pizza dough in half and roll each into a bowl. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes
number 8: lightly dust two baking sheets rolling and rolling pin with flour, roll out each bone to the dough into a circle on each baking sheet
Number 9: bake for 10 to 13 minutes depending on how crunchy like your crust
