Mix all together in a large bowl until forms dough, cover with a dish towel and let it rise (minimum of 45 minutes, depends on the room temperature).
On a floured board (divide into two balls, this recipe will make two semi-thin crust). Roll out to fit your pizza baking pan.
Spray Olive Oil to make sure it doesn't stick, even on PC stones.
Make sauce 15 oz tomato sauce, 5 oz tomato paste, sea salt, dried oregano or Italian Seasoning.
Bake 20 minutes or until desired.
