Suggest a better descriptionMix yeast, sugar, and 1/2 cup warm water and let yeast proof for 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, add flour, salt, olive oil and 1 cup warm water.
Add yeast mixture to mixing bowl and mix well until dough starts to come together.
Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes, adding enough flour to keep dough from being sticky.
Place dough in a clean, lightly oiled bowl and place in a warm area. Let dough rise for 45 minutes. Lightly punch down dough, then let rise for another 45 minutes.
Makes 2 medium sized pizzas
