1. Saute onion and brown meats in separate pans
2. Salt and pepper meat to taste
3. Add oregano, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper
4. Melt velveeta in microwavable safe bowl
5. Mix with meat mixture
6. Allow mixture to cool
7. Spread on rye bread
8. Broiler until tops are golden brown
